- Understand the underlying concepts of the Thai national Curriculum at this level
- Believe in the importance of the definitions of each subject and strand
- Believe in the importance of the assessment of each subject and strand for each student
- Require each student to be reassessed once a year to measure student progression in learning
- Appreciate the importance of every teacher working to a strict timetable
- Understand and believe in engagement between each student and teacher
- Support the importance of play especially in the students of lower ability
- Recognise that the school culture will change and existing school practices may be replaced by new ideas
- Support and purchase new hardware for teachers and students to encourage technology enhanced learning
- Liaise with other headteachers in the National Thai Voices project
- Liaise with the Thai Voices deputy national project leader
- Liaise with the School curriculum manager
- Liaise with the parents about what is happening in school and the changes that are taking place
- Encourage staff to use the new Thai Voces website
